BHUMUKI RAISED A QUESTION HER CITIZENSHIP IDENTITY



Cross dresser Bhumika Shrestha, 21, put a question of her own identification on citizenship during in the Talk programme on " Nepal's New Constitutaion and the rights of minorities", 9 Jan '07. She asked "What i am lokking like a girl by birth but government gave me a citizens as a Kailash Shrestha, I want to correct on card, who can believe Am i a boy? Are you believing that i am a male ?
